Responsibilities:

  • Find and maintain new customers.
  • Meet sales KPIs: Volume, Margin, DSO.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of export/import orders from customers.
  • Submit regular sales report.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • At least 6 years experience in reputable forwarding company, especially with proven track record in sales.
  • Strong presentation skill, leadership skill, influencing skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill.
  • Having technical knowledge in export/import processes, including operations, custom, duty & tax is mandatory.
  • Good network with custom, shipping lines, airlines, forwarders.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and enjoy new challenges.
  • Good analytical, planning, and reporting skill.
  • English proficiency.
  • Computer literacy.

OPERATION DIVISION


Job description:

  • Input financial analysis, transaction, and assisting Chief Operating Officer in making financial reports including cash flow, profit/loss, statement, balance sheet reconciliation, budgeting, taxation, collections.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, from reputable University.
  • At least 2 years working experience from big four Accounting Firm.
  • Having experience in IFRS (International Financial Report Standards) and accounting software is an advantage.
  • Familiar with e-Faktur.
  • Certified Brevet A & B is a plus.
  • Consolidated Financial Statement.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Discipline.
  • Able to work in tight deadline.

Job description:

Requirements:

PLANNING DIVISION


Job description:

  • Monitoring & Provide data Sales.
  • Design and create Report/ Dashboards/ Documents using various Data.
  • Measure relevant KPIs using data, or make decisions to change direction.
  • Manage database quality.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Use data to solve complex problems which pivotal to the business.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Science Degree, in Mathematics, Business Administration or any quants related background from reputable Universities.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the Research or Consulting especially with proven track record in Business Analyst.
  • Experienced with data and trends analysis, statistics, program evaluations, forecasting, and business insights, strong business acumen.
  • Have an exceptional MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to use and operate tableau would be a strong plus.
  • Have knowledge in SQL, R, python, etc. would be a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, critical and analytical, exceptional attention to details and strong business as well as commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Job description:

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated operations and sales data.
  • Manage database quality.

  • Make and present weekly insights according to the anlyses from the available data.

Requirements:

  • Candidate at least still in the final year of their study (fresh graduates are very welcome) in Mathematics, Business Administration or any quants related background from reputable Universities.
  • No working experience is needed for this role.
